Ziel unserer Arbeit ist es, die Beziehung zwischen wissensbasierten Ressourcen, Marktorientierung, Lernorientierung und Innovationsleistung zu erklären. Die Daten wurden durch eine Umfrage bei 135 tunesischen Unternehmen gesammelt, die in verschiedenen Industriezweigen tätig sind und über das gesamte Land verteilt sind. Wir verwendeten eine Hauptkomponentenanalyse für jedes Konzept und führten anschließend eine hierarchische Regressionsanalyse durch, um zu unserem Ziel zu gelangen. Unsere empirische Studie konnte Aussagen über die bestehende Beziehung zwischen diesen Variablen liefern. Die Ergebnisse deuten darauf hin, dass wissensbasierte Ressourcen, Lernorientierung und Marktorientierung einen großen Effekt auf die Innovationsleistung haben. Allerdings vermittelten die wissensbasierten Ressourcen die Beziehung zwischen Lernorientierung und Innovationsleistung im tunesischen Fall.
