Face à la croissance démographique et à l’exode rural, Madagascar, notamment ses grandes villes, fait face à un développement urbain mal encadré, marqué par la prolifération de constructions illicites. L’absence de véritables plans d’urbanisme freine le développement durable du pays. Dans ce contexte, l’étude se concentre sur l’élaboration d’un plan d’urbanisme pour un nouveau quartier de 18 ha dans le Fokontany d’Ankirijibe, Commune Rurale de Bemanonga, en utilisant l’orthophotographie. Le but est de créer des zones d’activités répondant aux besoins de la population locale, notamment en matière de loisirs et de développement socio-culturel. Deux hypothèses guident cette étude : le plan proposé est adapté aux besoins locaux et les infrastructures actuelles sont insuffisantes.
