L’obiettivo generale di questo studio è stato quello di analizzare il processo utilizzato dagli insegnanti di Educazione Fisica per valutare gli studenti delle scuole superiori nel sistema scolastico statale di Santa Rosa do Sul/SC. Per raggiungere questo obiettivo, sono stati definiti i seguenti obiettivi specifici: verificare il sistema di valutazione incluso nel PPP della scuola; comprendere la percezione che gli studenti hanno della valutazione in Educazione Fisica; capire come vengono definiti i criteri di valutazione utilizzati dall’insegnante. La ricerca è stata condotta sul campo, utilizzando i seguenti strumenti: un questionario applicato agli insegnanti, un focus group realizzato con gli studenti del liceo, un’analisi del Progetto Politico Pedagogico (PPP) dell’istituto oggetto della ricerca e un lavoro con una classe di ogni anno del liceo. Gli studenti e gli insegnanti hanno ottenuto risultati significativi sulla valutazione. In termini di conoscenza della valutazione, tutti avevano una comprensione superficiale, ma l’obiettivo della valutazione era chiaro per gli studenti. Per quanto riguarda gli insegnanti, abbiamo individuato la necessità di ulteriori ricerche sulla valutazione nelle classi di educazione fisica.
