Topics include history of brain research, brain anatomy, right and left hemisphere functions, neurons, glial cells, neuronal networks, memory, learning, peripheral nerves and senses, sleep, brain doctors and disorders. The second half of the book is the teacher’s section with instructions and patterns for games, activities and crafts. The curriculum also has a YouTube channel that goes with it, giving many free supplemental videos.
