Olayinka followed the advice of noted Kemetic (African) American visionary, Harold Cruse who advised theCultural Intellectual to 'Synthesize a Black Social Science methodology in the process of developing a functional historical analysis from data that is already available.'Olayinka sets the stage for Solutions Specialists of all ages to examine the 'Root Causes' for the continued 'Social Stagnation' of Kemetic (African) American growth and development during the 160 years since Emancipation.Prof. Olayinka encourages readers to eliminate basic beliefs that fuel self-doubt and presents a meta-theoretical analysis using a micro case study of an urban area in Queens County, NYC. Targeted attention is given to the basic need for Shelter. These multiple social issues ni our communities give Solutions Specialists ideas in a macro-sociological approach nationwide, to implement identical self-motivated and self-actualized interventions.
