THE PEACEMAKER’S GUIDEAfter we had trained a number of Peace Facilitators from 2007 to the present day, we kept notes that needed to be made available to the public to perpetuate the science. We started from the principle that 'everyone must participate in making the world a better place for others'. However, the question remained of how to achieve PEACE, and turn conflict into opportunity. So we had to create a tool for trainers.This PACIFICATOR’S GUIDE provides students, business executives, leaders and managers with notions on Peace, Conflict, and the role of young people and women in the PEACE process. It helps us with mediation, reconciliation, conflict prevention and capacity building to reduce the risks of confrontation, unrest and other problems in life.
