Já Para Aqueles Que Defendem, É Salientada, Entre Outros Argumentos, A Necessidade De Incentivos Mais Específicos, Tendo Em Vista As Disparidades Existentes Entre As Raças, Uma Vez Que A Posição Econômica Do Negro Em Ampla Maioria É Muito Inferior À Do Homem Branco, E As Cotas Seriam A Forma Mais Eficaz De Se Combater Esse Problema Que Assola A Sociedade Brasileira, Uma Vez Que Esta Elevaria Cada Vez Mais As Condições Desses Que Conseguissem A Formação Universitária Ao Concorrer Por Uma Vaga No Mercado De Trabalho, Elevando, Assim, Sua Condição Financeira E Estabelecendo Uma Igualdade Nas Condições De Vida. 10
