A growing number of students are registering anxiety symptoms high enough to be of clinical concern, with many rating their entire academic experience as stressful. How to be a Rotten Student is designed to shift the focus away from study-related anxiety to the personal rewards that learning can bring. It’s aimed at students of any age, who feel overwhelmed by academic stress, whether that comes from self doubt or the pressure of living up to other people’s expectations.
