Il presente manoscritto presenta uno studio del comportamento in avanti e in controcorrente di una cella solare monocristallina KX0B22-12X1F. Le proprietà elettroniche della cella sono state misurate in condizioni di buio e di luce. Per descrivere queste proprietà viene utilizzato un modello a due diodi. Per estrarre i parametri della cella dalle caratteristiche I-V misurate nelle condizioni definite, si utilizza un metodo di adattamento non lineare ai minimi quadrati. L’adattamento della curva I-V e l’estrazione dei parametri del diodo vengono eseguiti tenendo conto delle caratteristiche I-V misurate. I risultati ottenuti mostrano che i parametri determinati concordano molto bene con i parametri misurati della cella fotovoltaica. Il fattore di idealità n1 rimane invariato in tutto l’intervallo di temperatura studiato, ossia n1 ≈ 1. Al contrario, il secondo fattore di idealità n2 diminuisce con l’aumentare della temperatura, passando da 2,34 a 1,79 per temperature comprese tra 300 K e 400 K. Il fattore di idealità n2 è fortemente dipendente dalla temperatura e la sua inclusione tra i sei parametri estratti può servire da guida per l’analisi dei risultati.
