Children are the much cherished embryos of culture worldwide. Children are the corner stone and basic foundation of the community. At that embryonic stage they require much care guidance and love for the role they will play in adulthood.Children, are innocent in sexual situation and no problems how acceptable the reason for the situation, parent are need to understand they responsibilities to reduce sexual problems and impact which can be done for the children. In camps parents are mostly vulnerable to disease, malnutrition and insufficient care for them children. Researcher have tackled about, the situation of children sexual abuse, where a good number are unjustified, victims and vulnerable of difficult, life in Nyarugusu context. Most of those children, are finding for themselves, doing sexual abuse to survivor, despite they young age. The researcher shows to the parents and children sexual abuse the effects as smoking, drunk alcohol, death, early marriage, school droop out risk, unwanted pregnancy, AIDs and STDs. The long term effects of sexual abuse are harmful because they lead psychologically and physical disorders makes it difficult for these children to adopt social.
