A fadiga crónica é comum, difícil de medir, pode estar associada a uma morbidade considerável e raramente é objeto de controvérsia. É provavelmente o sintoma mais comum de doenças que afetam pessoas com condições agudas e crónicas. No entanto, o crescente interesse pelo problema de saúde que a fadiga representa, tanto na prática clínica como na investigação, aliado à diminuição do número de estudos publicados sobre a fadiga na última década, torna necessária uma revisão atualizada e sistémica dos fatores relacionados com a fadiga. Portanto, o objetivo deste estudo foi investigar as correlações da fadiga entre pacientes com limitação crónica das vias respiratórias. Os fatores relacionados podem ser descritos como quaisquer elementos internos ou externos que tenham um efeito sobre a pessoa, família ou comunidade e que contribuam para a existência ou manutenção do problema de saúde da pessoa. A amostra do estudo foi composta por 90 pacientes.
