Notre étude a montré que pour la population adulte les complications les plus couteuses étaient la GVH chronique, les infections à CMV et la neutropénie fébrile. L’analyse des coûts des traitements médicamenteux a montré que les médicaments représentent la part prépondérante des coûts médicaux directs après allogreffe de cellules souches hématopoïétiques (CSH). Les antifongiques (Fluconazole, Voriconazole) représentent 50 % du coût total, les antiviraux (Aciclovir, Valaciclovir, Ganciclovir) représentent environ 26% du coût total, principalement utilisés pour la prévention des infections à CMV et les immunosuppresseurs (Ciclosporine, Tacrolimus) constituent 6% des dépenses.
