Convencidos de la necesidad de realizar el seguimiento de la dinámica de nuestra ciudad cada 5 años, en esta edición presentamos la situación urbana al año 2010. Esta publicación tiene por finalidad contribuir al conocimiento de las tendencias y del comportamiento espacial de este asentamiento humano, permitiendo un ordenamiento y planificación acorde a su realidad, procurando el crecimiento sustentable del territorio.Con el aporte de nuevos conocimientos sobre la dinámica de la trama urbana, pretendemos colaborar con la acción de organismos e instituciones públicas y privadas comprometidas con el planeamiento físico y la regulación urbana del territorio.El libro constituye además, una invalorable oportunidad para compartir los resultados obtenidos, con docentes y alumnos universitarios y terciarios dedicados al estudio de esta especialidad y con todos los profesionales interesados y preocupados por el desarrollo de nuestra ciudad y su crecimiento armónico y sustentable.
